Mandolin, upright bass, and acoustic guitar seamlessly blend together to create the innovative sounds of Wiley Dobbs.

The members of the band have had over 15 years in various incarnations to arrive at their musical destination; an inspired fusion of bluegrass, jazz, and original music which charts new musical territories while paying homage to the masters.

What's New:

Wiley Dobbs had a great 2006. Among many great shows we were fortunate to share the stage with Jazz great Frank Vignola, opening up for his latest project Mama Vig @ The Red Square in Albany in November. We had a great time playing for the first time at The Parting Glass, one of the oldest continuously run pub/restaurants in beautiful Saratoga Springs. Other notable shows would be the great night we had at The Higher Ground in Burlington with the Hunger Mountain Boys.

Look for us to continue our run in 2007 in other great Venue's such as Nectars in Burlington, and the Rutland Music Festival in August.

Also, with the help of Chris Fisher at Easter Island Productions we are planning on releasing our first Album-Last Word coming out sometime in 2007, thanks for the support and we look forward to seeing you there.
